We believe that the most important thing in the Real Estate business is people. Our agents come first for us. We have 1 administrative staff member for about every 3 agents in our offices which is one of the key reasons we have the most productively successful agents in Minnesota.

Why Our Agents Are Successful
OUR TEAM
Our Team Members are free to focus on lead conversion and negotiating offers. Team leadership is responsible for lead generation, NOT the agents. We generate about 40-50 leads per month for each team member. These leads are in addition to leads that come from your sphere of influence and are mostly online leads. We generate leads from a diverse group of online sources such as pay per click and SEO on Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook as well as from Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com.
We also use EXIT Realty’s geolocation technology which connects home shoppers looking for information directly to our agents. In addition, we run direct mail campaigns and advertise in the St. Paul Pioneer Press Home Seller Magazine. In addition to generating leads, we execute email and text drip campaigns as well as automatic property alerts to all leads generated online AND from your sphere of influence. We also provide a fully built out website and CRM with mobile app so none of your leads fall through the cracks!
SUPPORT STAFF
Our support staff handles the details and paperwork involved in processing each transaction. We have a listing manager, a closing coordinator, transaction coordinators, customer care specialists, and inside sales reps each doing what they do best and allowing our agents to be some of the most productive and well paid in the industry!
TRAINING
We train our agents EVERY DAY. Your body won’t improve by training one day a week, and neither will your business. Our average agent is closing 34 home sales per year compared the 8 – 10 home sales per year closed by the average producing agent in Minnesota. We track all of our activity and conversion rates, and we customize our team training based on which part of the sale needs the most improvement. Our agents are role playing scripts and dialogues every day so that overcoming prospect objections is normal and comfortable for them. In addition, we assign our agents a personal coach and each new agent completes an 8 week introductory training program designed to maximize your performance as quickly as possible.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountability is essential to being a high level producer. Left to ourselves we will tend toward laziness and inefficiency, but when we know someone sees our work we rise up to meet challenges and expectations. Each member of our team completes and submits a Daily Activity Report which tracks how each hour of the day is spent, prospecting activity, follow up activity, daily results, and personal goals. Our agents find that this helps them gain control over their schedule which gives them more freedom with personal time. It also helps our team track conversion numbers which shapes our training.
TECHNOLOGY
EXIT Realty provides agents with some of the top technology tools in the Real Estate Industry. Our Mobile Business Cards make it easy for our agents to send their contact information with links to social media and lead generating home searches directly to someone’s smart phone. Our Smart Sign Geolocation Technology captures leads for our agents from buyers searching for information on ANY home for sale in their area.
